About
A Taekwondo school in Singapore, teaching the graded art to every age.
The mark
The academy’s mark holds three things at once: the kick, a fighter caught at full extension; the swirl, drawn from the taegeuk (태극), the red-and-blue balance at the centre of Korean tradition; and the flame rising behind both.
Technique, balance, and the thing that makes a student keep turning up. That is the whole curriculum in one image.
Instruction
Classes at the academy are led by Master Kelvin Lim. Taekwondo is taught here as a graded art for all ages, from children as young as three through to adults.

Discipline
Taekwondo classes open and close with a bow, in line. The structure is itself the lesson.
Technique
Stances, blocks, strikes and the kicking that Taekwondo is known for, drilled properly.
Conditioning
Balance, flexibility and control, developed by the training rather than bolted on.
Confidence
Earned in front of a room, at a grading, against a standard that does not move.
The standard students are held to.
